- You need 2 tbspn of red chilli flakes.

- It's 2 tsp of Ajwain/carom seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of oregano.
- It's 1 tbsp of kasturi methi.
- It's 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 of big chopped onion.
- It's 1 of big chopped tomato.
- Prepare 1 of medium chopped bell pepper.
- It's to taste of Salt.

Healthy pancakes step by step
- Take wheat flour,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes,turmeric powder,kasuri methi,oregano,ajwain, zeera mix well, add chopped onion,tomato,coriander leaves,green bell pepper and salt mix well..add water and make paste marinate for 2 hours!.
- Take a pan add little oil, add a pinch of baking soda in the batter (add at the last moment of frying) then spread a small portion of paste let it cook from both the sides, once ready serve with greeen chutney!.
